Things that made me laugh out loud

Lately, I saw two youtube clips that absolutely led me to laugh out loud — LOUD!

1. American Idol Makes Baby Cry (You know that I am a big fan of American Idol)

2. Sleep walking dog (This proves that dogs DO dream. If they can dream, what does this say about their intelligence? Since we are on the note of talking about dog intelligence, I have to say that my big dog in Hong Kong is rather intelligent — he stealthily sleeps on my bed whenever the whole family is out. What he didn’t know is that he left behind a trail of evidence — his hair loss fell on my down blanket, creating a dog-shape silohuette)

1. the film is funny. what is equally funny is, whoever was filming this video… he/she didn’t take the baby away when he cried… (and why putting the baby so close to the TV…?)

2. why does your dog like to sleep on your bed? more comfortable? also, this behavior is hard to fix, right? he only does it when you guys are all away, and when you are back, you can’t really “communicate” with he regarding his past behavior… if you try to teach him what not to do based on his past behavior, would he be confused as to whether you are referring to the present or the past? not sure since i have never had a dog. :)

actually, the second youtube didn’t make me laugh… for some unknown reason i felt sad and bad for the dog…

You see, that’s why I was rather pissed off at my dog because you cannot teach him EX-POST..after the deed is done, expecting him to retain that memory, that we are punishing him for that specific act. BUT, I wonder if we are underestimating the dog’s intelligence.

I mean, if the dog is intelligent enough to behave in that sneaky way (doing wrong things only when people are not around), then he probably knows that the reason why I am beating him after coming back home and discovering his hair on my bed is precisely because he slept on my bed. (At night, sometime I got down to the living room to check on her, and found out that she actually slept ON THE LEATHER SOFA, especially when it was cold…but when people were around, she slept on the floor!)

Jessica: aren’t you very afraid of dogs??????

Yes, I am very afraid of dogs. However, I feel sad for that dog… looks like it really hurts when it hits the wall…

haha and I am not afraid of dogs when they are on youtube… I am only afraid of them when they are in front of me! I remember one time sis and I went to your place and you scared us with your dogs… :(
